*"FRAMES"--New Century Screenplay Finalist

A heavily-repressed psychic fears for his sanity, while haunted by his dead brother, who leads him to the telepathic love of his life. She’s a beauty, whose mere sexual presence triggers an uncontrolled, world-altering Power in him, which changes a “simple” love triangle into a supernatural battle across alternate, artistic, world dreamscapes. A battle that is lethal to “the real”, as he must protect his kids’ lives, his love, his sanity ... and our world.

Biracial, Cleveland artist CAMPBELL RADETZKY believes he’s completely left behind the bewildering affair he had with tenacious beauty, young FRAN SERPENTINI that cost him his marriage. But, more importantly, he's a reluctant psychic with immense sorcerer capabilities, insisting he's only a simple mural artist/skyscraper washer. A "normal", divorced father.

But, Campbell “knows”, without it being possible for him to, that he’ll find the literal, girl of his too intense, sexy "dreams" before he crashes a billionaire’s political fundraiser; though, as a rule, Campbell ruthlessly disregards and suppresses his infuriating "gift".

It's the same, spiritual gift that gave no warning to help prevent his older brother's death, the same gift which drove his “gifted” father to suicide.

Campbell's simple girl search twists when his dead brother RONE's ghost reappears to lead Campbell straight to MALOY D'AQUINO, the billionaire’s hostess, alleged mistress (says Fran), and Campbell’s dream girl; a telepathic beauty, who’s own spiritual inclinations and deadly experiences make her hide from him.

Stubborn and relentless Campbell, having finally found the one woman he truly wants, with the help of the supernatural, again refuses acknowledging his brother’s disquieting paranormal presence.

The more finely tuned Maloy, however, continues avoiding her careless, potential lover, despite her obvious, passionate interest. Unfortunately for her, she is unable, like Campbell, to tune out or ignore Rone, who, in order to get to his brother, goes through her; hounding her, until she cooperates to carry his messages.

Rone knows she can stabilize the erratic Campbell, who’s coming into his paranormal Power, whether he wants to or not -- just as their unfortunate father had.

Campbell insists Maloy is “the one”, like any normal man might; yet, the closer Campbell becomes emotionally and physically intimate with her, the more out of control and self-evident becomes his Power, as it literally affects, bend, and alters outward matrix of reality.

But, Fran won’t stay cast aside. Campbell’s jealous, young ex-lover and self-made "witch", Fran, witnesses this Power his has when around Maloy and becomes more obsessed to not only possess the man of her sensual desires, but also to harness and usurp his extraordinary paranormal Power as well, leading her to skillfully leech and turn that Power against his young children, in order to bring him to heel.

Campbell finally realizes that undisciplined and alone, even with Rone, he’s screwed. He not only wants Maloy, but needs her desperately to help stabilize his Power and guide him; but, he can’t find her.

Maloy’s better-honed psychic abilities keep her hidden from him, until Campbell's desperation to save his comatose, dying children from powerful Fran, who can devastate his sanity and forever chain him in psychic slavery to do her bidding, and also absorb Maloy’s power and life, since now bound to Campbell in love, necessitates him to fully acknowledge Rone, when begging assistance to find Maloy.

Inexperienced Campbell’s search for his children’s consciousness takes him behind the everyday world into a dangerous and surreal landscape of artistic dimension, where spirit pain is real pain, and spirit death is real death, and where Maloy rescues the lost Campbell spirit and body from a bitter attack on him and his kids by the Power-crazed Fran.

Campbell’s full consummation with Maloy focuses and strengthens his Power, before taking them again into the lethal dreamscapes where Fran has proven stronger than he, where he and he alone must gain control and face and exorcise his personal Satan -- his father’s blood legacy.

He must accept all that he is for his personal redemption, before fully mastering and battling Fran to the last; for his kids’ lives, for Maloy’s, for his own sanity. And for the protection of our world. --119 pgs
